JOSE TORRES

Jose is the Quality Assurance Specialist for JT Legal Group. He is responsible to ensure each call is treated with service to meet the establishment’s standards. He provides feedback to our team to prioritize the satisfaction of all clients. Jose worked for a wine company prior to this occupation which allowed him to grow from customer service to being a supervisor with applying his skills to move up to management. When Jose is not monitoring calls you can catch him being active at the gym. His hobbies consist of boxing, soccer, volleyball, and tennis. After having 4 collapsed lung surgeries he appreciates his health and promises to stay active for as long as he has the strength. His positivity comes from enjoying each day as it comes.
