Two People Killed in Collision on Victory Boulevard 

Two vehicles were involved in a fatal head-on collision on Monday night in Woodland Hills. 

Reports included that the wreck took place around 11:30 p.m. on Victory Boulevard. 

An eastbound vehicle reportedly veered into oncoming traffic, causing the crash with a westbound vehicle at the entrance to Pierce College.

24-year-old Armen Benglyan, of Northridge, suffered severe injuries as a result and unfortunately died at the scene. 

A second person was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening-injuries where he also died. He has only been ID’d as a man in his 30s.

Investigators are actively working to determine fault for the accident.
