Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Azusa Avenue 

A female pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Industry, California Sunday night. 

The Los Angeles County Sheriff reported that the accident occurred at 9:40 p.m. on March 13th. 

Reports included that the crash took place within the 1600 block of Azusa Venue.

As a result, the woman sustained major injuries and was rushed to a local hospital where she sadly died. 

It is unclear whether or not the involved driver stayed at the scene.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.

• Obey traffic laws & signals
• Always use crosswalk
