Coroner ID’s Deceased in Deadly Bakersfield Collision

On Wednesday night, October 27th, a Bakersfield car crash claimed the life of 26-year-old Natori Arviso.

It was reported that three vehicles collided that evening at 8:30 p.m. on Brundage Lane.

Police stated that two trucks were driving eastbound when they broadsided a sedan which pulled out into their path.

The passenger in the sedan, Arviso, sadly died at the scene of the crash.

In addition, the driver and other passengers in the sedan sustained minor to moderate injuries.

An investigation is ongoing, however speed is suspected to have played a role in the collision.

JT Legal Group sends our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Natori Arviso.

Speeding is without a doubt one of the leading causes in motor vehicle accidents, killing 9,478 people in 2018 according to the NHTSA. It was also a contributing factor in 26% of traffic accidents that resulted in death(s). The dangers of speeding include:

  • Loss of control of vehicle
  • Increase in crash severity
  • Increase in fuel consumption and/or cost
  • Reduces the effectiveness of protection equipment
