Wilbert Guzman Killed in Car Accident

A late Wednesday night collision claimed the life of one in Cabazon, CA on August 4th. 

The fatal collision happened around 10:42 p.m. on the westbound Interstate 10 Freeway about a mile east of the Main Street exit. 

Make and models of the vehicles involved have not been disclosed, nor has the cause of the crash. 

Additionally, the collision caused a major back-up into the Whitewater area. 

The Riverside County Coroner’s office later ID’d Guzman, a 36-year-old resident of Desert Hot Springs.

California Highway Patrol is currently conducting a thorough investigation to determine liability. 

Families may be entitled to wrongful death benefits if caused by the negligence of a third party.
