Two-Year-Old Boy Injured in Bakersfield Crash
On Sunday, April 2 at 12:30 PM, a violent Bakersfield crash took place along King Street & Niles Street. According to Bakersfield Police, a sedan that was travelling westbound on Niles Street eventually crashed with a pickup truck that was crossing the intersection of King Street.
Investigating the Bakersfield Crash
In a further comment, the sedan crashed into a pole shortly after colliding with the pickup truck. The passenger os the pickup truck was a two-year old boy. The child was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of his severe injuries. The drivers and other involved passengers of the Bakersfield crash were also treated for the minor injuries sustained. Authorities closed the intersection for nearly four to five hours in order to investigate the accident. The investigation is currently in ongoing.
