Sunnyvale Accident Leaves 2 Women Dead
Two vehicles collided in Sunnyvale on Saturday morning, leading to the death of two women.
A Jeep and Prius crashed around 2:45 a.m. on Highway 101 for unknown reasons.
The women occupied the Prius and were ejected upon impact.
Following that crash, a third vehicle then struck the women and they sadly died at the scene.
It was also discovered that the Jeep driver was under the influence at the time of the accident. They were arrested on DUI charges.
No names have been disclosed at this time.
The crash remains under investigation.

- Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
- Exchange information with others involved and document everything
- Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
