Cromberg Crash Injures Two on Highway 70
An out-of-control vehicle struck a trailer at an RV park on Monday, August 22nd.
The crash took place in Cromberg and left two people injured.
61-year-old Barry Waters was driving a Honda CR-V westbound when he drifted off the highway, lost control and crashed into the RV park after going down an embankment.
Thomas Calvary, 38, of Vancouver, was sitting at a table outside of his trailer when the accident occurred.
The Honda crashed into the trailer, causing Calvary to be thrown from his seat and into the refrigerator.
Calvary sustained minor injuries as a result and Waters was airlifted to Renown Medical Center for treatment.
The accident remains under investigation.

- Call 911 if there are any injuries
- Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
- Exchange information with others involved and document everything
- Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
