Teenage Motorcyclist Injured After Riverside Crash
A 16-year-old boy was injured in a motorcycle accident. The crash took place on Iowa Avenue near Spruce Street in Riverside, CA.
A driver in a 2019 Toyota Highlander was pulling out of a parking lot when he drove directly into the motorcyclist’s path. This caused the teenager to crash his 2004 Kawasaki into the Toyota.
The force of the impact ejected the rider from the motorcycle and onto the road. When paramedics arrived at the scene, they transported him immediately to the Riverside Community Hospital.
The boy sustained major injuries and remains in critical condition. Meanwhile, the driver did not sustain any injuries.
