Steven Harvey and Humberto Arteaga Killed 

Two men, ID’d as Steven Harvey and Humberto Arteaga Jr., were killed in a Sunday morning collision. 

The accident occurred on February 20th around 1:30 a.m. in Seal Beach. 

There were at least seven vehicles involved in the collision that took place within the southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway. 

A 2016 and 2012 Honda Civic collided with at least 5 other vehicles. 

Reports also included that one of the vehicles was driving the wrong way prior to the accident. 

Sadly, Arteaga Jr. III, 21, of La Puente died at the scene. Steven Harvey, 30, of Midway City, also died as a result. 

Additionally, an unidentified involved driver also suffered major injuries and was taken to Long Beach Memorial Hospital for treatment. 

Further details will be provided once an investigation is concluded.
