Fatal Bicycle Crash in Simi Valley 

A bicyclist identified as Stephen Wright, 69, was hit and killed by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon.

The incident occurred in Simi Valley just after 12:00 p.m. on April 27th. 

A flatbed truck reportedly struck Wright under unclear circumstances. 

Sadly, the bicyclist died at the scene.
