Man Killed in Fatal Crash near Belhaven and Sunkist Streets 

An unidentified man riding a skateboard was hit and killed in Anaheim on Tuesday evening, July 12th. 

The incident took place around 8 p.m. near Bellhaven and Sunkist Street. 

The man reportedly rode into the street and was struck by an oncoming car.

Sadly, he died at the scene of the crashl.

The involved driver stayed at the scene to cooperate with authorities.

An active investigation remains underway.  

Tips for after accident procedures:

• Always stop at the scene 
• Call 911 if there are any injuries 
• Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
• Exchange information with others involved and document everything 
• Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
