Shooting On Highway 99 Sets Off Multiple Crashes

According to a news release from the California Highway Patrol, southbound Highway 99 has been reopened after a shooting that caused several collisions and a full closure of the roadway.

Highway 99 was closed just south of U.S. Highway 50 for investigation into the incident around 4 to 10 a.m. No one was injured in the shooting or the resulting crashes.
