Coroner ID’s 2 Killed in Fatal Collision at 42nd Street 

Lambert Glaspie and Shelly Lynn Hudek were the two people who died in a Sacramento crash on November 17th.

The traffic accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. at 42nd Street and Broadway. 

According to reports, Hudek, 59, and Glaspie, 69, were involved in a crash involving three vehicles. 

It is unclear, however, what factored into the crash at this time. 

One person was pronounced dead at the scene and two others were transported to a nearby hospital with major injuries. 

Sadly, another person died at the hospital. 

Additionally, investigators are working hard to determine liability.
