27-Year-Old Man Fatally Struck on Highway 99
A fatal pedestrian crash occurred in Ceres, CA on Saturday afternoon.
It was reported that a big rig struck Shaun Newman, 27, on Highway 99 at 4:13 p.m.
Sadly, despite life-saving measures by paramedics, Newman was declared dead at the scene.
No injuries were reported from the driver of the big rig.
Investigators are actively working to determine the cause of the accident.
