Three Injured Following Crash on 215 Freeway
CHP reported an accident involving a Toyota Yaris and semi-truck in San Bernardino on Thursday morning.
The collision took place just before 4 a.m. within the southbound lanes of the 215 Freeway.
According to reports, the Toyota was speeding and swerving all across traffic lanes before hitting the semi-truck.
Due to the impact, the semi overturned. Following that accident, a Toyota Highlander and black sedan reportedly crashed into the overturned semi.
Three people sustained minor injuries and were taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment.
An active investigation is underway.

- Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
- Exchange information with others involved and document everything
- Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
