River Road Motorcycle Collision Results in Major Injuries
A traffic collision involving a motorcycle was reported in San Miguel on Saturday evening.
According to CHP, the accident took place at 5:37 p.m. on April 2nd on River Road.
23-year-old Ethan Carroll was riding his motorcycle before colliding with a Honda Civic that was in the process of making a turn.
Carroll sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Twin Cities Community Hospital.
The Honda driver, ID’d as Michah Foster, 21, was left unharmed.
Authorities shut down a section of the road for investigation purposes following the crash.
An investigation is ongoing to determine liability.
According to statistics, approximately 80% of accidents involving a motorcycle result in injuries or death.
