Fatal Motorcycle Collision Reported on S. Monroe Street and Moorpark Avenue
A deadly motorcycle crash occurred in San Jose on Wednesday afternoon, August 24th.
It was at 12:10 p.m. when the rider collided with a Nissan on S. Monroe Street and Moorpark Avenue.
The motorcyclist was reportedly speeding, heading east on Moorpark before crashing with the Nissan that was heading west and about to turn onto Monroe Street.
Paramedics rushed the rider to the hospital where he sadly succumbed to his injuries.
Additionally, the Nissan driver was left unharmed. The female passenger; however, was hospitalized for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
