Temecula Man, 41, Killed in Crash at Domenigoni Parkway in Winchester
Salvador Ortiz Carlos, 41, of Temecula, died in a three-vehicle collision over the Labor Day weekend on Domenigoni Parkway in Winchester.
The deadly crash occurred at 4:11 a.m., roughly 0.2 miles west of Winchester Road, according to the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner report.
Firefighters responded to the traffic collision, but the Temecula man died before help could arrive.
Meanwhile, two other people were transported by ground ambulances to a local hospital for undisclosed injuries.
The CHP Indio station is heading up the investigation into liability.
