El Monte Resident, Robert Woo, Killed in Pedestrian Accident on 10 Freeway

Early Monday morning around 4 AM, Robert Woo was attempting to cross the CA-10 freeway on foot. The pedestrian was seen crossing the westbound region of the freeway.

Circumstances leading up to the fatality are currently unclear. According to local officers, Woo was struck near the Cogswell Road exit. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Freeway lanes remained closed for several hours following the investigation process.
