48-Year-Old Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash
The man who was hit and killed by a hit-and-run driver on Saturday has been ID’d as Richard Albert Tam, 48.
It was around midnight when he was struck at the intersection of La Mancha Way and Elder Court.
The incident occurred in Sacramento and caused major injuries to Tam.
He was rushed to a local hospital where he sadly succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities are actively searching for the suspect who fled the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
