64-Year-Old Man Died When A Vehicle Reportedly Crashed Into Him on September 19th

The fatal collision happened around 4:45 a.m. on the Interstate 10 Freeway in San Dimas. 

According to reports, Richard Arena and his Toyota Corolla collided with a Honda Accord in the middle lane. 

Following that collision, Arena was struck by an oncoming Ford Fusion as he was exiting his diabled car. He was also struck by a second westbound vehicle whose driver fled the scene. 

The unidentified 19-year-old driver of the Ford Fusion was transported to a local hospital for treatment. He suffered lacerations to his head as well as his left hand. 

Unfortunately, Arena was pronounced dead at the scene.
