Ricardo Soto Castro, 48, and his brother, Juan 43 Killed in Crash
Three people were killed and at least four others were injured in a head-on crash Saturday morning on Highway 99 in Sutter County.
The crash happened at around 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 28th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The three who died have been identified by the Sutter County Coroner as Ricardo Joso Soto Castro, 48, and his brother, Juan Diego Soto Castro, 43,
both of Yuba City, and Shane Loudermilk, 20, of Gridley, Fox 40 News.
