Rachel Heater Fox Killed In Los Angeles DUI Crash

Rachael Heather Fox, 47, of Los Angeles, was killed in a DUI crash on the 101 Freeway in the Cahuenga Pass.

The incident started when Rachael Heather Fox collided her car with two other vehicles on the southbound 101 Freeway.

She left her car to check for damage when a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe struck her.

Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and found the victim down on the ground. Rachael Heather Fox sustained major injuries as a result of the 101 Freeway crash.

CHP confirmed that the woman died at the scene. Meanwhile, officers determined that the 22-year-old Los Angeles man driving the Chevrolet was under the influence of alcohol at the time.

Authorities arrested Adrian Castroramos on suspicion of DUI.
