Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle on Arnold Drive 

A Napa resident, ID’d as Querubin Hernandez, was fatally struck by a vehicle in Sonoma. 

The incident occurred on Arnold drive around 1 in the morning. 

Hernandez was standing on the shoulder outside a tractor speaking to the driver. 

An oncoming vehicle veered into the shoulder, causing a collision with the rear of the tractor’s trailer. 

The vehicle ended up hitting Hernandez, causing life-threatening injuries. 

Sadly, the pedestrian was declared dead at the scene shortly after 1:22 a.m.

The operator of the tractor was also taken to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center for treatment. 

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
