One Person Dies In Crash On U.S. 36 West Of Lyons
Colorado State Police has said one person died and two more were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Saturday night on U.S. 36 west of Lyons.
Trooper Josh Lewis said Benjamin Shettsline, the 22-year-old from Denver, was pronounced death at the accident site. He was driving a 2008 Suzuki SUV east on U.S. 36 at about 6:20 pm when a 50-year-old woman from Superior, driving a 2006 Jeep, swerved into his lane and hit his SUV head-on.
