Man Killed In Head-On Collision On Hwy

One man was killed and another was severely injured in a head-on car crash on Highway 1 south of Lompoc Friday night.

The head-on collision involved a Honda sedan and a pickup truck. According to Santa Barbara County Fire Department spokesman Mike Eliason, the truck driver was killed at the scene and the Honda driver with minor injuries was flown to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
