Deadly Two-Vehicle Collision on Highway 33
Investigators are working to determine fault regarding a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday morning.
The accident took place in Manteca, CA on March 22nd around 6:40 a.m.
According to CHP, a Hyundai sedan and work truck collided on Highway 33 near West Lehman Road.
Due to the impact, one person became trapped in a vehicle and had to be extricated by paramedics.
Sadly, one unidentified person died as a result.
CHP also reported that both vehicles sustained severe damage and had to be removed by tow trucks.
Further details will be provided once an investigation is concluded.
