One person was killed and five were injured on Saturday morning in a two-car crash.
This crash happened around 11 a.m. when the driver of a Honda Accord tried to make a U-turn from the outer southbound lane of South Jackson Avenue into the northbound lanes. It struck a Chevy Trailblazer that was driving south in the inner lane as per a San Jose Police Department news release.
The driver of the Chevy was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The Honda Accord driver and three passengers were taken to a hospital where one of the passengers died.
