One Dead In Coventry ATV Crash

A Johnston woman and a Coventry man were killed in an ATV crash in a rural neighborhood along the Coventry-Scituate border.

According to police, this crash occurred around 380 Hope Furnace Road at 12:55 am on early Friday morning. Ryan Kennedy, a 23-year-old man from Coventry, and a passenger, Jennifer Silva, an 18-year-old woman from Johnston, were taken to Rhode Island Hospital. The woman succumbed to her injuries at the hospital and the man was pronounced dead at the hospital.
