One Dead After 3-Vehicle Collision

Fullerton Crash Kills 1 Person

One person died as the result of a three-vehicle collision in Fullerton on Monday morning.

The deadly traffic accident took place on November 29th around 4:30 a.m. on the 57 Freeway.

CHP reported that a sedan, pickup truck, and third vehicle were among those involved.

At this time it is unclear what led to the crash.

As a result, authorities shut down the northbound lanes of the 57 Freeway for a period of time.

Investigators are actively working to determine liability.

Multi-vehicle collisions are typically more common in busy intersections or highways. Speeding, weather, distractions, and drowsy or intoxicated driving are main reasons negligent drivers cause these types of wrecks.

When it comes to filing a claim with this type of collision, it gets difficult. This is because multiple vehicles are involved so determining liability can take much longer. Multi-vehicle collision claims are more complex due to numerous victims, multiple negligent drivers, cross-claims and insufficient insurance.
