CHP said a 16-year-old male from Salinas was driving a 2021 Chevrolet 2500 that was hauling a trailer southbound on Highway 101. The Chevrolet 2500 hit a Chevrolet Colorado in front of them.

Alcohol is not a suspected factor in the crash, per CHP.
