ATV Crashes in Riverside, Results in Two Deaths 

Two people died as the result of an off-road crash in Riverside on December 31st. 

According to reports, three people were in an ATV around the La Sierra Hills area before crashing and overturning. 

Authorities reported that the vehicle crashed into a canyon, then rolled down the hillside. 

The incident occurred in the 11300 block of Bentley Street around 2 a.m.

60-year-old Christopher Raahauge along with a second unidentified person sadly died at the scene despite life-saving efforts. 

A third occupant was also ejected upon impact and airlifted to Riverside Community Hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
