Oceanside Collision Leaves 3 Injured

Highway 76 Accident Results in Injuries 

CHP are actively investigating a collision that left three injured in Oceanside Wednesday evening. 

Per reports, the crash occurred on Highway 76 around 6:30 p.m. on February 23rd. 

Two vehicles collided under unclear circumstances, causing one to overturn upon impact. 

As a result, three people suffered unspecified injuries and one was taken to Temecula Valley Hospital and another to Palomar Hospital.

Further details will be provided once an investigation is concluded.

  • Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
  • Exchange information with others involved and document everything 
  • Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
