19 Year-Old Nazim Abdellali Killed in Gardena Crash
19-year-old Nazim Abdellali of Lawndale was identified as a victim killed in a Saturday morning accident on Rosecrans Avenue in Gardena.
According to the Gardena Police Department, the collision happened at around 6:30 a.m. November 2 in the 2900 block of Rosecrans Avenue east of Crenshaw Boulevard.
A vehicle driven by Abdellali collided with a second vehicle in unclear circumstances. Abdellali’s car then rolled into the center median.
The driver of the second left the scene but came back later and was arrested.
Abdellali was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remains under investigation.
