Napa Collision on Highway 29

Minor injuries sustained in Friday Morning Collision

Three vehicles collided in Napa on Friday morning around 7:09 a.m. on Highway 29 under unclear circumstances.

One person suffered minor injuries as a result and was also hospitalized for treatment.

CHP reported that the crash took place on October 29th on the southbound side of the highway.

The patient with minor injuries was taken to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center.

Cal Fire, firefighters and paramedics were those who responded to the scene of the accident.

Investigators are actively working to determine liability.

Multi-vehicle collisions are typically more common in busy intersections or highways. Speeding, weather, distractions, and drowsy or intoxicated driving are main reasons negligent drivers cause these types of wrecks.

When it comes to filing a claim with this type of collision, it gets difficult. This is because multiple vehicles are involved so determining liability can take much longer. Multi-vehicle collision claims are more complex due to numerous victims, multiple negligent drivers, cross-claims and insufficient insurance.
