Fatal 3-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 215 Freeway

Three vehicles collided on Thursday morning around 7:03 a.m. which resulted in the death of one person.

According to CHP, the deadly crash occurred on the 215 Freeway on November 11th.

Reports revealed that a Toyota sedan cut off an Enterprise box truck and a Ford pickup, causing the three to collide.

The Toyota became destroyed and five people ended up trapped inside vehicles.

A child also suffered from a head injury due to the impact.

Sadly, one unidentified person died at the scene of the crash.

Police also issued a SigAlert due to traffic congestion.

The crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.

Multi-vehicle collisions are typically more common in busy intersections or highways. Speeding, weather, distractions, and drowsy or intoxicated driving are main reasons negligent drivers cause these types of wrecks.

When it comes to filing a claim with this type of collision, it gets difficult. This is because multiple vehicles are involved so determining liability can take much longer. Multi-vehicle collision claims are more complex due to numerous victims, multiple negligent drivers, cross-claims and insufficient insurance.
