One Person Hospitalized Following 3-Vehicle Crash
Three vehicles collided which resulted in one person being hospitalized in Visalia on Thursday morning.
The accident occurred on December 9th at 11:00 a.m. on Highway 198.
A GMC was one of the three vehicles involved that collided on the westbound side of the highway.
It is unclear at this time, however, what led to the crash.
One person was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities also shut down the westbound lanes for a period of time following the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
Multi-vehicle collisions are typically more common in busy intersections or highways. Speeding, weather, distractions, and drowsy or intoxicated driving are main reasons negligent drivers cause these types of wrecks.
