Multi-Vehicle Collision Leaves 1 Injured

Three-Car Crash on Greenback Lane

A Toyota Camry, Jeep, and third vehicle were involved in a collision on Tuesday afternoon in Sacramento.

CHP reported that one person was sent to the hospital with injuries as a result.

The accident occurred at 5:37 p.m. on Greenback Lane, just south of Verner Avenue.

The impact resulted in the Camry overturning, and the Jeep also ended up in a park plot nearby.

Additionally, one of the involved vehicles acquired a broken left front axle upon impact.

Reports stated that one person suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment and precaution.

Tow trucks were also needed to remove at least two of the vehicles from the scene.

Further details will be provided once an investigation is concluded.

Multi-vehicle collisions are typically more common in busy intersections or highways. Speeding, weather, distractions, and drowsy or intoxicated driving are main reasons negligent drivers cause these types of wrecks.

When it comes to filing a claim with this type of collision, it gets difficult. This is because multiple vehicles are involved so determining liability can take much longer. Multi-vehicle collision claims are more complex due to numerous victims, multiple negligent drivers, cross-claims and insufficient insurance.
