Injured Motorcyclist in Nipton, CA
California Highway Patrol reported a collision between a motorcycle and semi-truck on Tuesday afternoon, August 31st.
The motorcyclist was severely injured as a result.
The crash reportedly took place at about 5:07 p.m. on the northbound 15 freeway.
According to reports, the motorcycle crashed into the back of the semi near Halloran Springs Road for reasons unknown.
Paramedics along with firefighters responded to the scene to render aid to the motorcyclist.
As a result of the crash, the rider sustained a broken arm, broken collarbone, as well as lacerations to the head and face.
The unidentified rider was taken to University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada for treatment.
