Motorcyclist Killed In Montgomery Crash

State Police has said that a motorcyclist was killed on Saturday when his bike crashed into a vehicle in Palatine.

Troopers said Andre Heydenrych, the 55-year-old from Cherry Valley, was southbound on Route 10 when his vehicle collided just after 4 pm with a vehicle traveling east along Hickory Hill Road. Driver of the second vehicle was identified as Karen Pittman, the 68-year-old from Saratoga Springs.

Trooper also commented that Pittman failed to yield the right of way.
