Deadly Motorcycle Collision on Winter Gardens Boulevard 

36-year-old Kevin Carter was killed in a motorcycle crash in Lakeside on Sunday afternoon, April 17th. 

Per CHP, the incident took place just before 3:40 p.m. on Winter Gardens Boulevard. 

Carter was traveling south before being hit by a northbound Chevrolet Blazer SUV that was turning onto Sapota Drive.

Unfortunately, Carter died as a result and the motorcycle was towed away from the scene. 

An active investigation is underway.
