Miguel Reyes ID’d as Victim Killed in Head-On Accident on Interstate 5 at Las Pulgas Road in Oceanside
The San Diego Coroner’s Office has identified 39-years-old Miguel Reyes of Vista as victim killed in a head-on collision on Interstate 5 in Oceanside two weeks ago.
According to the CHP, the crash happened at around 2:46a.m. October 10 on the southbound 5 Freeway just north of Las Pulgas Road.
According to a preliminary investigation, a Honda sedan was traveling southbound on the freeway when it attempted to make a U-turn roadway prior to colliding head-on with a Toyota sedan driven by Reyes.
Reyes was declared deceased at the scene.
More information about the mishap was not available.
