39-Year-Old Woman Killed in West Hollywood Crash
A fatal pedestrian accident occurred in West Hollywood on Tuesday morning, July 12th.
Meghan O’Sullivan, 39, was struck by an SUV around 12:30 a.m. on Sunset Boulevard at Hammond Street.
According to reports, the woman was crossing against a red traffic signal at the time of the accident.
Sadly, O’Sullivan died at the scene due to her injuries.
The involved driver stayed at the scene and was fully cooperative with authorities.
An active investigation remains underway.
