57-year-old Margie Urrieta and 57-year-old Rolando Neil Dominguez were identified as two of three people involved in a car crash that happened in Temecula.
Around 5:15 p.m. on May 4, on Interstate 15, south of Temecula Parkway, Dominguez crashed his 2016 Dodge Dart into a 2014 Dodge Impala. The wreck caused a chain reaction that involved a Nissan Altima, a Ford F-150, and a Jeep Cherokee.
Soon after the crash, paramedics took Urrieta to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar with serious injuries, while driver Dominguez suffered minor injuries. Dominguez tried to flee the scene on foot but was soon apprehended on the Temecula Parkway off-ramp. He is currently incarcerated at Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta for DUI.
