Manuel Rivera, 45, of Victorville, was struck and killed in a bicycle accident Saturday night on Mojave Drive in Victorville.
The traffic accident occurred around 6:23 p.m. on November 2nd, near Village Drive, according to a news report by the Victor Valley News Group.
