Man Receives Injuries After Accident

Martin H. Brandt, 83, of Linn, has received minor injuries in an accident that happened at 11 a.m. on Church Hill Street, 160 feet south of Iris Avenue in Bonnots Mill.

The driver lost control of his 2011 Chevrolet Colorado as he tried to back out of a driveway, and the vehicle hit a house.

The Highway Patrol said Martin was not using a seat belt.
