Chula Vista Accident Kills Man on SR-54
The California Highway Patrol reported a fatal traffic accident in Chula Vista on Thursday evening.
The incident occurred at 5:50 p.m. on April 7th on State Route 54.
An unidentified man was reportedly changing his tire alongside the road when he was hit by a Mazda sedan.
Paramedics rushed the man to the hospital where he was sadly pronounced dead.
Investigators are working to piece together all the details of the accident.
