Man Killed In Industrial Accident

On Thursday morning, a workplace accident in Santa Ana turned deadly after a young employee of Aardvark Clay and Supplies got entangled in equipment. Help was sought by fellow employees at about 11:15 a.m. and Orange County Fire Authority Technical Rescue teams rushed in, only to find the 18-year-old had already perished upon their arrival.

OCFA Capt. Tony Bommarito said it was a tragic industrial accident. The victim was found by four co-workers entangled in clay-mixing heavy equipment a few minutes after the accident happened.
