2-Vehicle Accident Kills 68-Year-Old Man
A pickup truck and ambulance collided on Friday morning in Fontana, resulting in the death of Malcolm Erbst.
Per reports, the deadly accident took place around 10:19 a.m. on November 26th.
It is unclear at this time what caused the collision, however the ambulance sustained major front end damage.
In addition, the pickup truck overturned causing the driver and a dog inside to be trapped.
Sadly, Erbst, the driver of the pickup, died at the scene of the crash.
The emergency personnel inside of the ambulance also sustained moderate injuries and were treated at a local hospital.
Investigators are actively working to determine liability.
